Post Doctoral Fellowship in Epilepsy
Eligibility : Candidate should have passed DM Neurology / DNB Neurology
The programme begins in September 2022 and the duration is Six months
The programme provides exposure and training in
- Interpreting EEGs and prolonged Video EEG recordings in people with epilepsy including acute and chronic electrocorticogoraphy
- Managing patients in an Epilepsy Clinic
- Performing surgical and pre-surgical intracaranial electrode recordings & cortical stimulation and mapping
- Placement of sphenoidal electrodes
The newly commissioned Epilepsy Care Centre has got state of the art facilities, technologies and personnel.
