- At present working as senior consultant endocrinologist at Medical Trust Hospital, Kochi since 2009.

- Is the treasurer of Endocrine Society of India, Kerala chapter
- Is the regional faculty of Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) for training doctors in Diabetes management and Thyroid diseases
- Held the post of organizing joint secretary of Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI) national conference Kochi, 2010.
- Has many publications in national and international journals
- Is a regular speaker at various endocrine and diabetes forums
- Presented a paper at the 60th Annual conference of The Association of Physicians of India at Mumbai in January 2005.
AWARDS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Won the gold medal given by Trichur Academy of Ophthalmology for the best student in Ophthalmology.
- Won the all India level young scholar award in Endocrinology in March 2008.
- Won all the medals for academic excellence given by the Tamil Nadu Medical University for MD General Medicine course.
- Dr R V Rajam gold medal for the highest marks in MD General Medicine in the state of Tamil Nadu.
